Ann-Marie Lurie has nearly 25 years of experience in the real estate sector. Over that time, she has worked in several different aspects of real estate including commercial brokerage, pension investment, residential real estate analysis, and multi-family underwriting. Ann-Marie joined CREB® as Chief Economist in 2011. She holds a BA and MA in economics from the University of Calgary and this, combined with her diverse background in real estate, enables her to provide nuanced insight into the macroeconomic climate of Alberta and other factors impacting the local real estate market.
